Did you know that Andrew Smith, one of the founders of our city, was originally from Dayton, Ohio? A TV station there, 2 News (WDTN-TV), recently launched a series called “Daytons Across America,” highlighting cities across the country that share the name. And guess what? Our Dayton was the very first one they featured!
