Baby Yoda Has a Library Card

Dayton residents can get a library card that works at all libraries in Polk, Yamhill, and Marion counties through our membership in the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service (CCRLS).
CCRLS includes libraries in McMinnville, Newberg, Salem, Amity, Jefferson, Lyons, Sheridan, Willamina, Stayton, Independence, Monmouth, Dallas, Mount Angel, Woodburn, the Silver Falls Library District, the Chemeketa Community College Library, and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Tribal Library. 

Library cards are available at no charge to residents of the City of Dayton and other City and District members of the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service (CCRLS)* area. You may submit your application for a library card online for yourself or your minor child. 
*Non-residents are eligible for a "basic service card" at no charge or may pay a yearly fee for a full service card.

No matter which method you choose, the next time you stop by the library, please bring a photo ID and proof of your address (if not on your ID) to the desk. We'll verify your information and issue a card to you (or your child) at that time.
