Registered Businesses

Dayton Municipal Code Chapter 3: Business Regulations requires any enterprise in which more than one consumer pays currency or exchanges personal property for information, goods or services to register your business annually. 

Business Registrations cost $25 per year and expire on December 31st.  Register your business online.

For those businesses operating in residential zones or Home Occupations you will need to follow some additional rules in addition to the business registration requirement.
