The following list of Backflow Testers who have registered their business with the City of Dayton as is required per Dayton Municipal Code Section 3.3 and have provided the required documentation listed below.

Backflow testers are required to provide the following information:

• A current CCB or LCB License
• A copy of their current Tester Certification
• Proof of Liability Insurance and/or Bond Information
• A copy of their Gauge Accuracy Verification Form
