You may email your completed application to cityofdayton@daytonoregon.gov along with a copy of your state-issued ID.

When City Hall is open, you can fill out a form in person or bring your printed filled out form with you to sign up for service.

There is also a drop slot outside the front door of City Hall where you can return your printed application outside of our office hours. 

The City of Dayton requires a $150.00 deposit, an original signature on the Service Application and verification of identification at the time that water and sewer service is requested.
