Pre-registration is appreciated, but last minute entries are welcome. Staging and check in will begin at 6:00 p.m. on 9th Street behind the football stadium. Judging will begin at 7:15 p.m. Late arrivals may participate in the parade but will not be judged.

La evaluación comenzará a las 7:15 p.m. Las personas que lleguen tarde podrán participar en el desfile pero no serán juzgadas.

Trophies will be awarded for:

• Best Use of Theme
• Mayor's Choice
• Most Creative

Each entry will receive a participation ribbon. 

Se otorgarán trofeos por:

• Mejor uso del tema
• Elección del alcalde
• Más creativo

Cada entrada recibirá una cinta de participación.
