Dayton Municipal Code Chapter 3 Business Registrations requires any enterprise in which more than one consumer pays currency or exchanges personal property for information, goods or services to register your business annually. 

Business Registrations cost $25 per year and expire on December 31st.  Register your business on-line.

For those businesses operating in residential zones or Home Occupations you will need to follow some additional rules in addition to the business registration requirement.
